I can't say enough good things about the service Davie provided. I contacted him late on a Thursday night to do some air testing after water remediation and mold removal. He was able to do perform testing on Friday and provided a thorough testing rep... ort that day. Really fast turnaround. I would give Davie high marks in every regard.  He was honest, thorough, answered all my questions, gave fair and honest recommendations (unlike many other environmental testing companies who overcharge and suggest  every test in the book), was easy ... to book with, came on time to the appointment, had detailed reports with explanations, provided reports back very quickly and also called to explain the reports. I really wish all the other companies I've hired to do work in my new house were as awesome as he was!!  He did not ask me to write a review (like some other companies do) but I just was so happy with my experience using him and his company that I wanted to thank him for helping me with everything.  He is the person I will turn to if I ever need this kind of service in the future.  Thanks, Davie! From our initial contact via Yelp to the completion of my testing, Davie was professional, personable and honest. He is truly knowledgable and forth coming. He welcomes your questions because he wants you to be well-informed and comfortable with any ... decisions you make. His follow through is timely and I would use his services again in a heartbeat!Situation: I was concerned about the possibility of having asbestos in my house because my neighbors discovered asbestos in their house. Inquiry: Initially, I inquired about an air quality test. I was extremely paranoid and worried, so I had a million questions for Davie. He patiently answered all my questions and was honest. Because I was contemplating repiping my house, Davie recommended that I test the walls and insulation for asbestos because it will be needed for any type of renovations that I decide to do in the future. He gave me a rough estimate based on my square footage and we set up an appointment.Day of Service: Davie arrived early and sat patiently in his vehicle until his colleague arrived. Both Davie and Mohammad were polite and respectful of COVID safety measures. They wore masks, booties, didn't touch anything that didn't need to be touched and Davie was prepared with a canister of sanitizing wipes in hand. Prior to entering any area of the house, Davie always asked for permission and he stayed with his colleague who was collecting the samples. Davie made sure that the work was being completed properly and answered any of my questions throughout the entire process. At the end, I ended up not needing as many samples as he thought we would need (I was given an estimate for 10 samples and only needed 6). So, he didn't charge me for any samples not taken. Any mess made was cleaned up and he informed me that he would provide me with a verbal report of the results the following afternoon (with a full report from the lab to follow).Day after: As promised, Davie called me to give me the results. Thankfully, all samples came back negative. I was so relieved and reassured. I can go on and on about what wonderful service Condol's provides. My wife had been smelling a musty smell in the living room. We have three young kids and we've had many spills which sometimes go unnoticed for a day. This gave us reason to suspect mold growth and, given the kids are constantly rolling around on the... carpet, we made a precautionary decision to get the room tested for mold. I contacted Davie because of the great Yelp reviews and he did not disappoint. He responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day. He arrived on time and was professional in his communication and inspection as he described what he was looking for and what he found.  He did detect some moisture and took a vacuum sample. His report of the sample's lab results was very professional and gave us a clear description of the findings in a way that made it easy to understand. This is long overdue! Amazing thorough work. Was interested in a flipped property and found a leak in the .5 bath. Flippers tried to say it was touch dry but also allowed us to bring an inspector out. Condol's was referred to me and so glad for it. Attention to detail, ca... lm demeanor and rational recommendations would be how I'd describe the experience.  I've felt with leaks and floods in the past, and Condol's takes the cake in inspection investigative work hands down. We had a great experience with Davie. He was honest, quick and offered plenty of feedback, recommendations regarding our issue.My family and I have been sick for 6 months with influenza A, bronchitis 4x, laryngitis x1, pneumonia x2. We our were in tu... rmoil as of what to do. We didn't know if it was mold, spores or other hazardous air quality in our home or if it was just from all the allergies and pollen from all the rains this year.We finally decided to get the air quality in our home checked. Turns out that we have an elevated amount of particles circulating in our home which could be triggering our allergies. Davie gave us some recommendations to fix the poor air quality and said to call him back for a free check of the air quality. I thought it was so considerate that he would offer to come back for a free check of our air quality after doing his suggested recommendations/interventions. Thankfully our air particles were cut in half and did show signs of improvement. We also have the peace of mind knowing that we did not have any mold, spores that would be hazardous to our health.
